Well, I'm in the middle of my massive HP slash fiction link recovery. I'm feeling slightly nausous too, though I don't think it's related. I'm working on Harry/Remus right now, rummaging through the Scarred Archive. I've been a bit hindered by school winding down, though here soon I'll have plenty of time. I'm going through my specific pairing archives right now, and I'm dreading when I'm done with them since that will mean having to go through all the larger ones. I'm just relieved my HP/SS links weren't touched by whatever happened. The ones I'm missing most are my HP/LM links since those were spread out all over the place and getting them back is going to be a real pain. I may go through the Yahoo group files first and then run individual fic searches to find them in an archive. I'm just glad my memory is good enough that I can usually remember the ones I've read and if I liked them after the first paragraph or so. And if not, at least I get interesting reads. *whimpers*

So out of complete boredom and the need for a break from my bookmark recovery mission I've taken a little quiz. And...

Carole Lombard
You scored 9% grit, 19% wit, 38% flair, and 42% class!

You're a little bit of a fruitcake, but you always act out in style.
You have a good sense of humor, are game for almost anything, but you
like to have nice things about you and are attracted to the high life.
You're stylish and modern, but you've got a few rough edges that keep
you from attaining true sophistication. Your leading men include
William Powell, Fredric March, and Clark Gable. Watch out for small
planes.

Find out what kind of classic leading man you'd make by taking the
Classic Leading Man Test.

I'm in shock now, staring at my computer screen blankly as I scan thru my history and try desparately to remember some archives. If anyone knows any please... I've got to stop obsessing now and try to write a recipe in spanish for class. If I can keep my mind on it that is. I'm a little fried now. Really though, if anyone knew just what a massive list of bookmarks related to Harry Potter slash they'd know what a horrible loss this is. I think I'll go lick my wounds a little.

I don't think I've ever been so frustrated in my life. Almost all my bookmarks have dissapeared. Thank god none of my Harry/Snape, but everything else is gone. HP/LM, HP/DM, HP/RL... all my archive links, author links, thematic links, EVERYTHING. And its no where on my computer. Where in the fucking hell did all go? I don't have a back up either, not that I know how to make one to begin with. And this all happens when I'm working on my rec site. Just gone. POOF! I can import from Internet explorer to my Mozilla browser I guess, but I had a ton of new stuff that won't be on there. And I don't even know where to start looking. I think I'm going to go be sick.

Well, my website has been finished for a while now. I've just been too lazy to get over here and post anything. Or maybe I did... it has been a while. Anywho, it's at http://www.geocities.com/stellabellauk/index.htm

I've been learning html lately, a slow process I assure you. I'm setting up a Recommendation site for Harry Potter slash. It's as much for myself as to share; my bookmarks are getting a little out of hand. I've been awful busy, too, trying to find alternative links to the fics I liked from The Silver Snitch. Over half of them were only archived on TSS apparantly. Grrr... I suppose a lot of authors are learning to archive in more than one place now though.

Hmmm... what else... Fics, well, apparantly I haven't been flogging that sequel hard enough, but it's going to get a rest for a while. I've been attacked by the wierdest plot bunny ever. Really, my muse ran screaming. Anyway, it's for a fic that is completely AU. I've no idea where it came from, since I usully stick as close to canon as I can. At least when I'm working as a beta; I usually don't have to worry too much when I'm writing since there's usually very little plot going on.

I really should try an update here a little more.

Well, someone just pointed out that I haven't been very present on LJ lately. Damn RL! Oh well. I'm still working on that sequel to 'A Fortunate Accident'. Although, perhaps beating into submission is a more appropriate phrase. It just won't behave, and I've had precious little inspiration lately.

Hmmm... I've got some more beta work to do. I have some more from bothropsatrox and a story from spark_of_chaos. I'm also working on the sequel to my fic A Fortunate Accident. It's about a third of the way done now, but I'm a bit stuck at the moment. Also, I'm going to post a rough sketch I did a while back, as soon as I remind myself how to do so. Really, I can be amazingly internet illiterate sometimes.

Dear god, it's been forever. I should have some time to work on fics soon. Provided that I finish up some beta work first. *looks sheepish* Actually, I don't think I left anything too large. Only the stuff for bothropsatrox which I'm going to work on tomorrow. Really! I'm serious. I don't really have many distractions left, and I'm recovering nicely from being sick.

Title: No Place for Secrets

Author: Stella Hargrove

Email: stellasnape@yahoo.com

Rating: NC-17

Pairing: Harry/Bill

Category: Romance, First Time, Smut

Disclaimer: The Harry Potter universe belongs to J.K. Rowling, Bloomsbury Books, Scholastic, and Warner Bros., among others. No profit is being made from this; it’s all in fun.

Summary: Harry and Bill’s relationship progresses. The Burrow is no place for secrets. More Weasley family goodness really; sequel to I Love Bill Weasley. Short, sweet and smutty.

Warnings: Sexual Content

Author’s Notes: I suppose you could read this as a stand-alone, but there’s stuff that won’t make any sense if you haven’t read the first story to begin with. Story takes place somewhere between Harry’s 17th birthday and his 7th year. And, there’s a very obscure, almost nonexistent reference to mpreg.

Pairing: Harry/Bill

Category: Romance, Smut, PWP

Disclaimer: The Harry Potter universe belongs to J.K. Rowling, Bloomsbury Books, Scholastic, and Warner Bros., among others. No profit is being made from this; it’s all in fun.

Summary: Harry has a crush and since the twins are just incapable of subtlety everyone finds out.

Warnings: Sexual Content

Author’s Notes: Harry’s 17 and therefore of age. I have a smutty sequel in mind, which is entirely dependent on how tired my muse is after school papers and all. R/R please! Enjoy! <1649>
